Nicholas McKie, Founder and CEO
I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people learn, grow and perform at their best.
Living and working across different countries, my journey spans professional music and sport, teaching, school leadership, international education, academia, coaching and entrepreneurship.
I’ve always challenged convention, learned from unexpected places and connected different ideas. I wanted to build something with real impact and meaning.
That became the inspiration for Persyou.
Today, that pioneering spirit runs through everything we do. Our team brings together diverse backgrounds, knowledge and perspectives to challenge conventional thinking and create experiences that make a lasting difference to people and organisations.

Our values:
We look beyond education to do things differently, drawing on ideas and approaches from different sectors. Because getting results often takes doing things differently.
We believe there’s always more potential to unlock. We think bigger, challenge what’s possible and work with people who share our drive to create meaningful, lasting change.
We ask the difficult questions, challenge comfortable thinking and create space for honest conversations. Because real growth starts when we’re prepared to think differently.
We listen, share and build together, creating solutions that reflect your people, your context and your ambitions.
